the ground floor of this landed house is reconfigured to regularise spaces around an awkward existing structural grid inherited from a previous layout. In doing so, the back-of-house area was resized to become a lot more efficient, with an opportunity to even incorporate a dry kitchen. the main hall now houses a separate study, dining and living area and feels spacious.
