Alternatively, architects may also adopt a fixed lump sum fee method for simpler projects. It’s important to note that different architectural firms will have their unique fee structures and this article just serves as a general guide, offering homeowners a high level estimation on the fees they are expecting if they would like to rebuilt their landed house.
